Clanton, Floyd, Nestor & Co., CPAs is a full service accounting and consulting firm located at 280 W. Canton Avenue, Suite 210, in Winter Park, Florida, 32790. We cater to a wide variety of clients including individuals, small businesses, large corporations and partnerships, and various estate and trust entities.

We are a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants (FICPA). As such all CPAs in our practice are state licensed and qualified to help with most any issue. We are an equal opportunity employer.

Firm History

George D. Clanton commenced operations in December of 1973 on New England Avenue in downtown Winter Park. Over the years, the firm has seen its share of changes but has maintained its vision to give our employees and clients the opportunity to succeed in their pursuits. George passed away in 1996.

Today, Charles H. B. (Harry) Floyd III and Philip S. Nestor III carry on those traditions. Harry was admitted partner in 1984 and Phil in 2001. Both are commited to the success of the firm, its clients, and their families.
